Benetau’s New Gran Turismo Range at Cannes 2025

Beneteau Redefines the Spirit of the Modern Sport-Cruisers with the Gran Turismo Line
Under the golden Riviera light of the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival, Beneteau once again proved why it’s one of the most forward-thinking names in boating. The brand unveiled the new Gran Turismo range, headlined by the world premieres of the Gran Turismo 35 and Gran Turismo 40. Moreover, visitors got a sneak peek at the upcoming Gran Turismo 50, the future flagship of the line.
This was not a simple update. It was a complete reinvention. The new GT family reflects a design philosophy Beneteau calls Sport-Lux — boats that blend the thrill of performance with the serenity of refined living. From the moment the covers came off, the air filled with excitement and interest from both visitors and the media.
A New Design Language: Gran Turismo Premieres at Cannes 2025
Sleek, sculptural, and beautifully balanced, the new GT line shares one fluent design language across all models. Beneteau’s designers started from a blank page. They focused on clean geometry, open living spaces, and the ideal mix of speed and ease that defines a true sport-cruiser.
Wide side decks ensure safety and freedom of movement. Meanwhile, the cockpit, galley, and saloon sit on a single, fluid level that encourages natural sociability.
Large hull windows flood the interiors with light. They create bright and welcoming spaces that feel larger than expected. Materials and textures were carefully chosen for beauty and durability, combining soft fabrics, brushed metal, and natural tones for a modern, relaxed atmosphere.
Gran Turismo 35 – Compact, Clever and Completely New

The Gran Turismo 35 is the most compact model in the range, yet it remains impressively versatile. At 11.2 meters in length with a beam of 4.65 meters, it offers living areas usually found on larger yachts.
Its aft cockpit opens toward the water with fold-down terraces that transform the deck into an open sea lounge. Below deck, the cabin feels bright and practical, providing all that’s needed for short-range cruising. Natural light pours through the hull windows and wide windscreen, creating a calm sense of space.
The helm station is ergonomic and well-protected, ensuring excellent visibility and intuitive control. Powered by twin Mercury Verado outboards, the GT35 reaches speeds above 40 knots. It combines thrilling performance with confident handling.
Yet the GT35 is not only about speed. Every feature on board enhances ease, comfort, and connection with the sea.
